Indian Vegetable Burger

BurgerI am a big foodie and so as my hubby. Every holiday he demands something different from daily routine.
Now the good part is i like cooking and experimenting new dishes. Today i am sharing my own burger recipe with you. Do let me know your feedback soon.

  • Round burger - 2
  • Chopped carrot - 1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
  • Boiled peas and sweet corn - 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes (mashed) - 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced tomatoes - 4 slice
  • Cheese slice - 2
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 sp
  • Mustard Sauce - 1 sp
  • Mayonnaise - 4 sp
  • Oil
  • Red chilli - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1sp
  • Lettuces leaves - 2

  • Place nonstick kadhai on flame, put 1 tbsp oil.
  • Add all chopped vegetable and turn flame on shimmer.
  • Now once vegetable is done add boiled peas, sweet corn a mashed potatoes, mix all vegetable well and add seasonings.
  • Turn of the gas and allow this mixture to cool.
  • Now divide the mixture in portions and make round flat patties
  • Cut the burger in two and place it on hot pan and make it crisp, same way make vegetable patties crisp
  • In small bowl add Mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard sauce and mix well
  • Now Place the burger on serving plate (lower side first), put patties, add layer of sauce mixture, place cheese slice, sprinkle chat masala, place tomatoes slice, lettuces leaf and final other burger half.
  • Place some potatoes chips on the plate and serve with big smile.
*You can replace cheese with Paneer slice.
*You can add any vegetable on your preference.
